Congrats to Karl from going from Fatty to Fit.
If you want an easy visual representation of all the sugar in the drinks people consume, look at this:
http://www.sugarstacks.com/beverages.htmIf you have a 3 can a soda a day habit, you are essentially drinking 1/4 a pound of sugar or sugar substitute a day. That's 7.5 pounds of sugar every 30 days. You can't do that and expect a positive results.
I am a corporate drone and use our small gym daily. I also do pushups at my desk at least once a day and try and get out for a walk once a day, even it if is for 20 minutes. Saturdays I play with my kid (plenty of energy for that) and Sunday I engage in a high performance sport and play with the kid some more. I have no problems sleeping at night and have enjoyed good health.
I never get the parents who say they can't keep up with their four year olds. If they can't, they are doing the wrong things. They're all fat and tired looking for a reason.
I always get a kick when a fat person tells me I look too skinny. When you tell they they are too fat they huff and puff and act deeply offended. Just another part of the delusional cycle people are in!
