Exactly what I said at the table this evening for Christmas dinner when I was among the first to grab for the meat when Pa said "Amen," and managed to wrestle the dish out of Uncle Fester's grip. And whilst kith and kin sat with mouths agog as I transferred the heap from platter to plate I added, "And devil take the hindmost!"
