Click 'I agree'
Click on 'Request Form' tab

Scroll to section 3, select COVID19
Scroll to section 5 Event Category. Select the first 3: Death, Life Threatening and permanent disability

Click 'Send' at the end.
I see 490 deaths.

For comparison with what a standard vaccine looks like, I ran the same query using Varivax in a comparable time frame (I changed all the start dates to 2020-12)
