Key Points:
1. Hogan has chosen to crush small business in favor of corporate giants (points out Florida is open for all businesses).
2. Public schools closed, private schools open without reports of outbreaks. Hogan has the authority to issue an executive order to open the schools (Hogan bitches a lot about schools not being open).
3. Hogan did nothing to protect Nursing homes when we all knew about the outbreak in Washington State
