Not sure how I would add this into your list but in many cases congressional appropriations are blank checks for the operation of various departments. It is within the executives prerogative to not spend the money. You could, after the notice period required for termination, depopulate departments and thus effectively eliminate their ability to spend money. I very rarely comment here but I like and would support your platform. 2023-08-11 08:05:05
