Regarding Biden, I don't see how he willingly leaves this year. If he (or Harris) for that matter leave, the Dem Senate is no longer 51-50, but 50-50. That means they can't confirm a new Supreme Court nominee if Breyer retires, which I put at 50/50. I just don't see the Dems giving up that much power. 2021-12-27 09:26:37
