Someone will, some day, come up with a plausible reason why Americans lost their balls.

History shows the people who came here, and who were here before the Europeans, did have them.  Contrary to popular "reporting" the folks indigenous to this land were not really (that is, migration has always been a thing) and were not all cute and cuddly.  In fact said "natives" were rather into scalping the vanquished and in some cases eating them, just as were those in the central and south American landmasses.  Cortez slew as many of them as he could because he discovered proof of their cannibalism and blood lust in the form of stacks of skulls, including those of children.

In other words history is a story of conquests, not cute and cuddly talk-talk and fuck-fuck.  Well, ok, fuck-fuck is indeed a major part of it, but not consensual and loving sex-style fuck-fuck.

Historically speaking having balls was conducive to not being dead and not-infrequently you had to make the other guy dead so you were not. Its not about whether you like this or not when it comes to history -- truth isn't a popularity contest nor is it a vote.

Indeed America exists precisely because when the British showed up at Concord and said "gimme all the guns and powder" the colonists replied with "Fuck you" -- and meant it.

A few months ago Helene came and fucked up Western North Carolina.  Many have said FEMA did nothing of value.  True; they never do.  What's false is that their "nothing of value" was different because it was white rednecks that got hammered; nope.

They never do anything of value; Katrina anyone, where most of the people who got fucked in New Orleans were black?

So tell me why we didn't put a stop to that shit then?

Now FEMA is "done" with WNC -- there are videos circulating of them leaving their "camp" there they set up for their "workers".  But much worse than doing nothing code enforcement people in the counties are going around preventing the residents from using temporary shelters to sleep in and there apparently has been an attempt to barricade the Chimney Rock road that was built by volunteers to restore access between there and Bat Cave.

If the government doesn't want to help then so be it -- but if they want to try to actually force people to not use a walled shelter and barricade a usable road so supplies can get in to the affected area, especially when temperatures are going well below freezing and its snowing on top of it then it is definitely time for Americans there to decide whether or not they still have a pair of balls.

Can't we all just get along?

Not if you're going to throw people out into the snow, on their own land and barricade the only means of access which white dudes with their own equipment built after government agencies refused to assist while at the same time sending a billion dollars over to Africa to help THEM after a somewhat-similar natural disaster.  In that case every single government entity and person involved deserves to get what the British got at Concord -- the choice to either go away and leave people alone -- and leave that billion right here so it can be used for temporary shelter, heating devices and similar or else.

Oh, and as for those who conspire with government to screw people blind?

Well, if recent events in NYC are any indication at least one person has had enough of that shit and put a stop to one of the brigands doing it.  Yeah, if they catch the person responsible he'll pay for that -- so be it.  I presume he determined it was worth it in advance.
