RBG was clearly dead or incapacitated for MONTHS with aides doing her work for God knows how long before that - they couldn't keep the facade up longer than Trumps end of term
On that note - Kavanaugh and Coney Barret were either crap picks, or IMMEDIATELY compromised
Scalia was obviously assassinated

But MOSTLY the SC doing the below:
Election fraud before the election was completed: "We can't rule on it because nothing material has actually affected the election yet"
Election fraud after the election: "We are not able to get involved with and overrule elections after the fact"
