Question on the hostile work environment.

A lawyer friend, who is looking to retire soon, said "Red, we are living in a post law form of society". He does not believe any lawsuit dealing with covid shots will be allowed to be heard. In short, he does not believe any law protecting people from forced shots that is on the books right now will be followed or even acknowledged. Granted, he is 70 something and pretty much a miserable bastard screaming at the sky (which is why he is hanging it up soon).

Do you think a suit of hostile work environment would be given standing?
