7th circuit court of appeals just denied a temporary injuction that would prevent Indiana university from enforcing a vaccine requirement. It was 3-0 ruling from 2 Trump judges and a Reagan judge. They cited Jacobson v. Massachusetts. While the court hasn't yet ruled on the case, their denial of an injunction as well as the text of the denial just about guarantees that "mandate" will stand.
