It had better be. If it isn't, and it might not be, then contemplate how many people just like this wind up being out there, most of whom are entirely silent, and what percentage of THOSE PEOPLE (1) have no wife (e.g. divorced), (2) have no other kids and (3) know who killed the last thing they had to lose.
Yeah that ain't good. And it's where we're headed very, very rapidly if there is no recourse to the law
and this is seen as compulsory rather than a poor personal choice.
