Well said Sir, well said. I have been saying this for years. The only reason government is involved in marriage is to "keep them darkies from marrying all our white women" and to further obfuscate the tax laws and extract more (or less) from whomever they desire. If they walked away from it, they would lose too much power. I do not see it happening by them voluntarily.
