Lets also talk about the fact that both the black and white youth that did not graduate high school used to be able to work in manual-labor type jobs. Those jobs have been taken by illegal immigrants. Employers do not have to pay overtime or holiday pay or even minimum wage to illegals. No insurance. No workmen's comp.

Am I faulting the employers? *sigh* No. I know what it's like trying to comply with all the varying state, federal, and county regulations and still turn enough of a profit to stay in business.
