Somewhat on topic. With the inflated real estate market, I got a love letter from Franklin County (Ohio) that "property taxes are being re-evaluated". But not to worry, because it won't be as high a raise as the "new" property values, of course, pinky swear. Their online math program is horrific so all I can tell is, "I'm going to have a larger Rent bill to the State." Is it going to be big, or bigger, or bigger-er?
