When it comes time to expand the debt ceiling, I think there will be 3 parties, the dims, the repubs, and the anti-McCarthy Right Fielders, altho there are only a few of them. The RFs certainly wont join with the dims and if they withhold support from a repubs position, things could get very interesting. And, the RFs dont care if their putative party gets blamed for a default, they might even welcome it.
