How else do you know a state isn't serious about illegals? What's the uninsured motorist premium for car insurance in said place? If they actually throw people in jail for wrecking a car without having insurance its very reasonable. If a state gives a shit about illegals driving around with no capacity to pay and not even demonstrating they can operate a vehicle at all they throw said people who do that and wreck in jail.
