I love my oaken soaked chardonnays... (aka, buttery chards). Am lucky, there are a few wineries in my region that make old school chardonnays. If I want fruit and mineral, I have plenty of choices via sav blanc, or... pinot gris (not my choice, but DW luvs pinot gris). 2023-01-17 03:26:13
