KD, you make good points. Although the source was from the NY Post. Goldman may know that the city is going to do a 180. Who the F knows? GS is ALWAYS ahead of the curve, though. When the Treasury announced they'd be getting rid of the 30 year (turned out to be false) GS was massively long and made a fortune. I certainly wouldn't take a bet here, but cracks are certainly forming in the mandate dam.
