Trump knew, read Peter Navarro's book, "In Trump Time". Navarro was in charge of the Defense Production Act for Trump. He initially was using it to get Remdesivir, PPE, HCQ, Vents and something else. Basically anything that might work. He had numerous studies regarding HCQ and its effectiveness. Fauci, Woodcock and Bright funded bogus studies to discredit HCQ and then used media connections to destroy it. Navarro had a direct line to Trump if needed. There is no way Trump did not know about HCQ, hell he even mentioned it during a press conference. Trump got rolled by Fauci and was afraid to stand up to him. In addition Dr Simone Gold personally briefed Pence about FLCCC early treatment, she was ignored.
