Question regarding VAERs reporting requirements: An acquaintance just died about 20 days after posting an embarrassing "Just Got My Booster Shot - Ready to Go!!" meme on Facebook. (I guess 'ready to go' can be read a couple of ways.) I know reporting an adverse event is both a legal requirement and a legal nothing-burger because there is no penalty for ignoring the requirement, but is there any time frame, specifically for a death after a shot, that the report is required? I haven't been able to find an answer to this. 2022-01-12 11:14:07
