@Abelardlindsey Everything I've dug up says that Obama's "science czar" John Holdren made the recommendation, with Obama/Biden, for lifting the ban - on January 9, 2017. Pre Trump. Another article out of U. of Minnesota states that the NIH then officially lifted it, in December, 2017. No Executive Order is ever mentioned. 2022-01-11 21:45:58
