KH can be removed. I wouldn't fly with her for instance. Redjack, this is an interesting dilemma to contemplate. Who would shitty Depends(or handlers) nominate who could get through the process? Would Ole Turtle allow another LW Democrat to have that position? Or would President Poopy Pants put in, oh say Romney or another RINO senator from a state where the governor would nominate a Democrat to take that seat?
