Yep CK but the amusing part of it is that if she "wins" she gets an empty, mostly-worthless seat since she won't be able to nominate anyone to the VP's slot and have them approved, and in addition she ALSO won't have a tie-break in the Senate either. She also can't replace Breyer, should he retire, for the same reason nor can she nominate a single left-winger anywhere that requires Senate approval.
