I have a solution to this! The US should establish federal agencies that oversee new therapeutics. They should require, monitor and evaluate product development, production and delivery at all phases, and require high number clinical trials in at least 3 phases. The should carefully approve or deny use based on long term testing. I know that could take up to five years, but it's necessary............................................................................... Especially for a disease that kills almost exclusively people at the end of their life span. The fact that they are rolling it out to children is more than unconscionable.
