UWE, by law they must retain samples of each lot they produce. We do at my company and it is a pain because cold storage for this stuff over several years is expensive to maintain. If for some reason they are not retaining samples from each lot and the government is giving them a pass on that, this is no longer accidental but is instead intentional.
