@Tickerguy Thanks-- the immune system is indeed very robust and an outstanding design! I've seen genetic code written out in one-dimension, but it is very likely multi-dimensional. In fact, the problem with thalidomide is that it expresses in both a right-hand and left-hand twist. The orientation of the twist is what caused the birth defects. The bottom line is that the immune system is complicated, it is best not screw with it. 2021-09-24 11:05:28
