The vaccine concentrates in the ovaries, dramatically more than in any other organ of the body. The spike protein has been found concentrated in the testes, more than any organ except the spleen. Blood tests of vaxed women have shown production of antibodies against Syncitin-1, a protein without which placenta cannot form, thus dooming any pregnancy.
