NAC, yeah, took it a few years ago 3 grams a day for two days to clear my sinus. WOW! Had the worst cold I ever had in my entire life, swore i would never take it again. 9 months later I tried again, this time, not so bad...BTW it did clear something that was causing all sorts of sinus problems. Had terrible Post nasal drip all the time...it works.
