My experience with the flu shot is similar to Karl's. The one and only time I let myself be talked into it I was about 19. I got so sick a few days afterwards I couldn't believe it, though I was told it shouldn't happen. The last place I worked at, every year I'd get asked if I was getting the shot and I'd say no. They'd tell me "you don't want to get sick do you?" I'd just roll my eyes and say whatever. These same people, 9 times out of 10 got sick every year and I rarely ever did. I'll take my chances with my immune system thank you very much. 2021-05-20 14:26:47
