From my perspective, the censorship noose is tightening. You are the third, well-known, person with a site/publication who, in this past week, has posted on this situation including making changes to avoid said situation. You are creating a no-ad space; the second person is removing all content related to Covid-19. The third person doesn't know specifically what was offending in the video (and can't get an answer although has attempted to do so) - but has a speculative guess and is now attempting to avoid said subject. To see three of these situations from well-known people in a week is alarming to me. It is probably a good thing that all three happened in this brief period in that maybe it would have otherwise escaped notice? While I doubt that it would have escaped my notice, had it not been over the course of a week I would not have been so motivated to post this observation here.
