ER had her drink yucky stuff that binds excess potassium and then you excrete it. Her cardiologist spotted it in the pre-visit bloodwork as it can really screw you up if not caught. So the update on my elderly parental unit after going into the ER today was that she DIDN'T have hyperkalemia (lab results were wrong) but in the process of checking her out, the ER doc says she has Ischemia, which to my suspicious, but untrained eye, sounds like something that could be related to her getting the jab. Maybe I'm being hyper sensitive to this issue these days but she has no family history of heart or blood conditions and eats properly and exercises. Yes, she is elderly and in treatment for ovarian cancer, but said treatment doesn't cause Ischemia to my knowledge. 2021-05-03 16:49:30
