The L.A. city schools were already so awful by the 80's that my ex and I paid the extra and sent our son to a private school from grades K-6. The we split up and I enrolled my son in the Cherokee County schools here in GA. They were among the highest rated in the state and he got a good education. That said, I wouldn't send my kids to ANY public schools in this country these days. 2021-03-27 19:24:16
