So, I may or may not have a recent second hand account of the experience of ingesting the injectable solution, 2.5 ml for body weight, in cold coffee, as prophylaxis in response to a known exposure. It may have been reported to have a sweet taste and provoke a "niacin flush" - like side effect, and that was the extent of the observed physical reactions.
