@Onelegged, yep I mixed up the typing. Steamboat, while I was thinking of Aspen and Vail. Watch what is happening with the extended rentals in the wealthy resort towns like Aspen. Combine that with the increased use of private air charters, and we can see the future: Fly private with your group of six to ten people and have the 3 or 4 week rental ready to go in case of quarantine. This keeps the masses of vacationers out. The wealthy folks can dig this. Though local workers still need to be kept around to clean the toilets.
