Using atomic weapons on states that can shoot back isn't a good idea. They might have a better system of intercepting them than we do. MAD has saved the world the past 70 years. You might be shocked what moving $100 to $200 billion of production of China would do to their economy. Half the economy is capital expansion. It disappears, as conserving capital becomes operative.
