Karl, with respect, I think I have identified a problem. I have read through your historic literature on the topic and found it difficult to condense into bullet points. |
To be blunt, and I'm sure you know this, you are just dazzlingly intelligent, you have rare qualities of recall, I suspect you are on the "idactic" end of the spectrum, your mathematical and computational capabilities are beyond most aspirations. You aren't a single-factor genius, you are a multi-spectral genius. I have only met maybe 3 people on your level in my life.
I further suspect that when you go into rant mode, there's this gap. There's this missing final piece of logic in the puzzle. I think this might reflect your genuine frustration at how the rest of us just don't get it.
This is characteristic of true genius too. You tend to presume a certain level of intelligence that simply does not exist for most of us.
Maybe other readers can help condense your theory. I'm looking for "Denninger For Dummies".
15 USC 1.5 broadly describes monopolistic behavior, price-fixing, discrimination of services of like-and-kind and fraud (misrepresentation of services). Additionally there's the issue of implied consent to services. Did I miss any of the basics? I feel this inner need to dissect these.
None of this is intended to suggest that I don't love your rant mode. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. Smells like victory.
