Some roofing contractors would work a crew of mexicans like a pack of rented mules and when it got close to payday, call an anonymous tip to INS so they would get rounded up and deported before getting paid. Not sure if I believe the stories of that, but it's a hell of a way to cut labor expenses. 2016-04-05 12:46:06
