Most people have these choices available, but they refuse to make them. It is not lack of ability, it is addiction to the "power of more", and the allure of "getting ahead." Really? You're "ahead" when you have $200+/month of cable and cell phone bills? $2,500/year for.... what? So you can post pictures of your cat on Facebook? And that's just the start. I can go down the list, but won't bother because it is exactly what you're putting forward -- that its "so hard" -- that is part and parcel of the big lie.
