And I DO wonder if my raising hell about this publicly in the first couple of weeks (I saw a couple of others do so as well but don't know if they read my piece on it first or just came to the same conclusion on their own) filtered back up to him and there was an "oh **** me!" moment when he realized that not everyone is an idiot.

The question now is whether the "response" was simply to paper over his COMPLETE LACK OF INTENT to shut down ALL of these bull**** injunctions by FORCING the suing parties to either fork it up or dissolve the injunction, which are the ONLY two options available to the suing parties. If he does that then all this crap stops INSTANTLY and PERMANENTLY.
