@Nicodimas -- when i volunteered to do Civil Disaster and Preparedness planning, oh boy the things which are truly threats. The electrical thing captures the minds of people for a few reasons, however it is not the worst, easiest to do or most effective for an opponent, really bad combo these three factor together. It is also a lot easier to live with as opposed to other things which an adversary can do to us... easily.
