Ah ha!

The owners of Abby's Bakery in South Texas were arrested and charged with harboring individuals unlawfully present in the U.S., as well as aiding and abetting their harboring, according to a criminal complaint.

This is 8 USC Sec 1324 which I've written about many times in the past.

I will actually give Trump and the rest of his Administration credit when major corporationsbuilders and other firms -- like Tyson and similar -- start have their executives indicted and locked up.

But heh employers!  Yes, you!  You paying attention yet?  Well listen up chuckle****s!

Do you have illegal aliens working at your firm?  Have reasonably-arguable scienter of their illegal status (that is, you did not run E-Verify and can't substantiate you did as a minimum check on any new hire)?

Let me cite the law for you.

(A)Any person who, during any 12-month period, knowingly hires for employment at least 10 individuals with actual knowledge that the individuals are aliens described in subparagraph (B) shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.
(B)An alien described in this subparagraph is an alien who—(i)is an unauthorized alien (as defined in section 1324a(h)(3) of this title), and
(ii)has been brought into the United States in violation of this subsection.

BYE BYE.

And good riddance.

PS: It matters not how much money you have in prison, really.  I understand (no personal experience here) that it sucks approximately equally and in fact the richer you are the more it probably sucks as the comparative downgrade in your "standard of living" is larger.

PPS: Trump's Administration has until the end of March to start bringing those indictments in size against firms large and small.  If he doesn't then I will publicly state that he and his "get rid of the illegals" claims ARE FRAUDS and at that point he deserves to and will, on that path, lose both houses in the Midterms -- and I will enjoy writing on his third impeachment when he does.  With his AG and Hohman in office there is no excuse for his Administration's failure to do so.  Time's up.
