Thanks to your influence and reading a couple of books by David Goggins I got motivated to start running this year at 51 and have now done a few 5Ks and a half marathon. Ran a 5K yesterday in MN and set a new race PR of 24:33 about four minutes faster than I did my first 5K in April. I lost about 35 lbs since Feb as well. Thanks again for all of the education and motivation to stay in better shape.
