I am completely out of the market with all of my retirement money sitting in various CD's making anywhere from 4.0 - 5.3 percent interest. That being said, it's been hard to sit on the sidelines and watch the market go from 25K to 43K. Sometimes I feel like an idiot for not at least participating in some of the runup.
