Well yes and no @Dingleberry. Point being that the energy component always went back down it that suppressed the inflation numbers.
But the big problem in there is electrical, which doesn't change fast. That's mostly from mandates because fuel-fed generation costs (e.g. natgas) HAVE come down, and thus that is a huge problem because unless you whack that in a way that it can't be put back the various entities doing the generating won't make the investment.
