If you can get 70% of your usual take home for doing nothing, and get 40% from working occasional under-the-table Gog's, that's 110% for a lot less time commitment. That's a pretty good plan, if you think the free money will keep on flowing.

You can get a lot of champagne and caviar on your credit card. At some time, the bill comes due. You can make the minimum payments and stretch it out for years, but the availability of credit and spending will decrease.
We have built a lot of so-called prosperity on $33 trillion of debt. The rising interest rates are sucking up Uncle Sugar's cash reserves. So, Uncle Sugar has two choices, stop spending or start printing more money. The later doesn't fix the problem and only makes it worse.
Biden(Obama) wants to spend a lot mo' money. Can he make it happen? We shall see. Stay tuned to the same bat channel and wait for the results.

As a Hiring Manager, I've reviewed nearly 100 resumes. A colleague with a similar postng is close to the same.
50% don't meet stated minimum requirements.
Of the 50% remaining, at least 25% expect fully remote work.
That leaves 25 "good" applicants that meet minimum requirements and willing to go in to an office. But so many jobs are so silod and check-box nowadays that being a rock-star in a narrow field does not translate into being even minimally competent in a job that requires wide-ranging skills and flexibility.
Check-box=AI can do it. I'm looking for people who can THINK. And THAT is like finding a unicorn on Jupitor.
