@Ronnie, I have precious few things tacked up on my work office wall. But what's there is important.

A small Federal parade flag, complete with gold fringe.

An awesome picture of my wife.

And a little glass tile that I picked up at the Udvar-Hazy flight museum up in Dulles. It simply reads "Failure is not an option".

That about sums up my persona and what I thrive for.

I know people who say they have principles, values, morals.

But they don't define those words as we do here.

Their code is based on being "nice". Which conveniently allows them to "get along" and avoid conflict with others. Their code never requires making hard choices.

They might actually read a ticker like this and agree! BUT their actions don't match their words.
