Great start. I would add to the immigration mess:

1. e-Verify is required for all employment determinations.
2. A baby born in the USA is only granted citizenship if the mother/father is in the country legally and on a path to citizenship. For example, a baby born to a diplomat in the USA is not granted citizenship, why should an illegal be granted citizenship?

The biggest obstacle will be resisting being subsumed by the GOP.
That's the two party playbook.
Any movement that gains traction becomes absorbed by one party or the other with false promises, then the members are bribed and compromised.
Movement loses steam.

I don't think we can vote our way out of the fascist oligarchy.
The majority of people are too self involved or stupid.
Too many immigrants with no experience with what once made the country a place people flocked to.

Trump seemed to run on many of these issues then proceeded to disappoint.
The G20 still pushes for health passports.
The FED wants to roll out digital currency.

Some initial thoughts in addition to: I like it.

That really needs some attention. The "life, liberty" part is enough to justify making abortion a state-by-state issue at a minimum. To me, it is enough to make it a personal issue.

"Property" is enough to end Civil Asset Forfeiture i.e. government theft.

Be the party of Life, Liberty, and Property. Explain to people how if you don't have all three, you don't have any.

I think I like Federal Party better, that way you can call yourselves Federalists.

Our current system in Washington,AC/DC has been established through the conscientious efforts of professional politicians to create a tax, spend, and kickback scheme that rewards all involved at the expense of the hapless taxpayer. They are like ticks on a dog and it will be difficult to remove them from the host. Should one of the parties be destroyed by the creation of a new party as outlined in this plan, the party hacks would abandon ship and attempt to take control of the new party.

Both parties should be destroyed and the sooner, the better.

The Trump years had the populist end of GOP voters imagining that they could change the party from within, and at that time the major issue was immigration. Well, the donor class that writes the GOP establishment's checks obviously did all they could to subvert that, and they pivoted back to their old culture war wedge issues. This trickery is going to happen literally every single time with the GOP. The same exact thing happened with the previous reform movement, the Tea Party, which began as a revolt against the excesses at the federal level. The GOP was very happy to be what they were circa 2012, a party that can't win national elections (ahem, McCain, Romney).

A Federalist party is exactly what's needed at this point. Devolving most of the functions of government back to the states and the forcible shrinking of the federal bureaucracy ought to be long term goals. I only went to vote this year for local people, and even then I felt dirty taking part in the process because it's hard to view the GOP as the lesser of two evils in light of all they did in the past 2-3 years. The lockdowns and helicopter money were bad enough, but Warp Speed and the mandates were absolutely the last straw for me as far as Trump and GOP governors who supported that were concerned. And we already saw what kind of terrible personnel and economic decisions Trump made even before COVID-19 appeared.

I would posit that in case of emergencies that Congress can convene within 24 hours. There is plenty of on-line meeting platforms that would allow them to immediately get into contact with each other. If they want to insist on their archaic rule we must meet in person then the the government can dispatch their fleet of military business jets to a major airport in each state and the congress critter has 12 hours to get to that airport after notification.

I'm all in favor of starting a new party but considering the ballot access laws across the nation one will quickly learn that it is neigh on impossible to get a candidate on the ballot.

The timing is excellent for a political revision. The Fourth Turning is on it's way.

Both political parties have damaged the financial, economic systems to the point that many people will be damaged or broken to achieve a system repair.

Nationwide, 40% of registered voters are Independent.

The covid-19 and vaccines are causing some groups such as military, airline pilots to be 100 per cent pissed off.

By next spring 200 percent of citizens will be major pissed off. (I'm pissed off enough for at least two people right now!)

My sense is that our vote is rigged in the big cities. I don't see anybody winning office from any party that the establishment does not want.

I'm firmly unconvinced that our system of government works anymore for the current citizenry. It really is for a moral people. That being said, these are some of the very basic requirements for me to even consider voting again.

1. Head of household votes. There's no way to realistically tell net consumers that they can't vote. Or women. Or <insert group you don't like here>. However, you can mitigate the damage in much the same way the Athenians did.

2. Term limits for every branch of government. I have the details I'd need, but for brevity's sake I'll forego them for the time being.

3. Repeal the 17th Amendment.

4. Due to 3. above, every 20 years a Convention of States is mandatory.

5. Prohibition of the emission of bills of credit. No more government debt.

6. A bill shall be focused narrowly on its requisite issue to resolve.

7. Coupled with 6. above, some judicial body makes a "first cut" analysis of a bill's Constitutionality before it's even brought to the floor for a vote.

There are more, but the above is a good start.

@Cyben no, the Federalist Party was separate and distinct from the Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers. Those were political dissertations related to the topic of strong vs. weak central government. The Federalist Party and the proceeding counterbalance, the Demo-Reps, did indeed have some folks of the same persuasions line up the same way at the end of the day.

Demo-Reps were mostly anti-federalists, true. For the most part they were born out of the reaction to the Alien and Sedition Acts and how POTUS and VPOTUS were elected at that time, among other things.

The Federalists were mostly federalists, also true. But GEN Washington was non-partisan for the most part and even in his farewell address he told both sides to STFU and stop the BS.

The elections were not stolen. You might say they were stolen but you don't believe it if you're lining up to vote again and not out there cracking skulls. If the vote was stolen twice it means that everything that is significant and just about our governing system is now invalidated. Same thing applies if you believe the government is truly trying to kill you by mandating the vax. You don't turn around and vote for the very people/party who supported the lockdowns and vax mandates, why are you're voting for the party you claim is trying to kill you?? Stockholm Syndrome is alive and real in 2022 on both sides of the aisle.

A new party would likely be quite the shit show.

Would be very interesting to see how the Uni-Party reacts. We just might see some real partisan politics in action. I would imagine both Dems and Repubs would pull out all the stops to make sure their stranglehold on power and corruption remains. It would not surprise me if both parties voted to not allow a new party, we would finally see the tyrants in DC for who they really are.
