Off topic:

Epstein didn't kill himself and the classroom doors were unlocked.
Quote:
Law enforcement authorities had enough officers on the scene of the Uvalde school massacre to stop the gunman three minutes after he entered the building, the Texas public safety chief testified Tuesday, condemning the police response as an abject failure.
...
McCraw said the officers never checked a classroom door to see if it was locked. The classroom door, it turned out, could not be locked from the inside.

I have great reasons to believe it was never secured, McCraw said of the door. How about trying the door and seeing if its locked?

Absolutely damning. The entire leadership of the Uvalde police department ought to be fired and the commander on scene ought to be indicted for manslaughter.

Yep my thoughts exactly. If you have a Y participation in female sports does not fly. Period.

I'm all for the open competition but let anyone participate - male, female, or deluded. The cream rises right? Women are as good as men right? Hell waive all the drug checks too. This could get interesting fast. Win anyway you can short of animal or automated assistance. Its the unique with interesting ideas/methods that will make this event.

After a few true competitive stompings I'm sure the freak caterwauling will fall on deservedly deaf ears.

The only reason Thomas even participated is that he knew he had an advantage. He was ranked worse than 200 with the men.

There is another way to look at this issue.

If it is OK for guys to take estrogenic compounds why is it not OK for them to take testosterone, HGH, or SARMs?

Girls HS basketball, and college basketball is technically better in terms of execution.

No one gives a ****.

The Gonzaga women's team has their own male student athlete opposing team. The guys were generally all really good high school players but wouldn't have made it at the collegiate level. Without that level of competition in daily practice the Lady Zags cannot possibly train up to the point where they can make it to the tournament annually.

You can cut off your dick, you can change your name, you can shun your parents and all that's fine. As an adult we all have those choices.

But you can't change who your parents are; you will always be related to them and that happened before there was anything you can do about it, and it will never, ever change.

But, you will never be related to any kids your parents don't bear, once you cut it off. If I was Musk, I might play HL Hunt and stash women around the country. Hunt had a second family his wife knew about and a third prior she didn't, until later. Mrs. Hunt knew HL thought he had superior genes and wanted to spread them around. Musk could just figure that one was a mutation and blame his ex-wife.

In their other transhuman play, the dangerous and ineffective jabs, you might find this one shocking.

FLORIDA MEDICAL EXAMINER RELEASES CAUSE OF DEATH FOR DR SARAHBETH HARTLAGE.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/medical....

Quote:
The doctor found Hartlage had died of heart disease and has been classified as "natural."

Hartlage was the associate medical director for the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness.

Hartlage was 36 years old and in Orlando at a medical conference when authorities found her in her hotel room.

Female, Doctor, 36 years old? Odds of being jabbed 3 times? 99.99%. Odds of dying of a heart attack at 36, being female and an MD? 1 out of 10,000 most likely. I could buy it, if she were menapausal, maybe even if she were pregnant. Do these people follow their own advice?

Some movie stars wife died on their wedding day. Another's 25 YO daughter died. Check the mortality tables. Females that age die of accidents, drug overdoses and long term illness and maybe child birth. Middle class and well to do white women under 40 that just fall over dead or lay down and die probably number fewer than 100 a year of any given age, or around 1 in 10,000. These are what we are hearing of. How many are unknown? You are talking about people that are likely to live to be 85 to 90 years.

Here is the other. 25 year old former collge basketball player. He was 6'9" so there is a chance his death was natural, as it is somewhat common for guys that tall to have congenital heart problems.

I'm sick of people pretending that women's sport is as compelling as men's, and I'm sick of people somehow being offended should I raise that.

It's NOT an irrelevant opinion since a decent portion of sports news coverage contains gay harpy women demanding equal pay to men, even when they can barely get their families to come to the stadium.

I understand that young girls need role models in their sports, but the reality is that 99% of girls stop playing sports after high school.

Most womens sports teams are gay swingers clubs.

In Australia, sports are filled with female commentators, women's competitions receiving heavy promotion and air time, lots of women's "highlights" reels - it's pathetic

@ Tickerguy

"From the women's tees I score a LOT better, not a little, because instead of hitting a 5-iron approach shot (assuming I actually hit the fairway with my drive, of course, which is a whole different thing) I'm hitting a 9 iron or a wedge"

Karl, exactly...the game of golf has come a game of length. You are limited to how successful/level you can be by how far you can hit it. Playing from the forward tees allows for the same effect as hitting it further when playing any course.

A few years ago I had a long conversation with Mark Calcavecchia who won the British Open and has around 13 tour wins about distance the ball was now going. He told me that when he first joined the tour he was averaging 273 yards off the tee which had him 3rd on the tour in driving distance. Today, 94 players AVERAGE over 300 yards and the shortest measurable on tour is Brian Stuard at 275 yards.

I hear what you guys are saying about the transgender thing. I even agree with 90% of what you are saying. I certainly do not think MTF transgenders should be competing in girl's sports.

However, I can think of one reason why a guy might consider going down the transgender path. It is the one sure way to eliminate the possibility of male pattern baldness.

The one and only time I ever played golf, all I wanted to do was finish. I must have bounced a dozen balls off houses at the Golf Course in Green Valley. I don't think I hit any windows though. My back hurt for three months and has never been the same since.

Monty Python proved prophetic in a number areas, including this one. This clip is from 1979.

REG: Furthermore, it is the birthright of every man--

STAN: Or woman.

REG: Why don't you shut up about women, Stan. You're putting us off.

STAN: Women have a perfect right to play a part in our movement, Reg.

FRANCIS: Why are you always on about women, Stan?

STAN: I want to be one.

REG: What?

STAN: I want to be a woman. From now on, I want you all to call me 'Loretta'.

REG: What?!

LORETTA: It's my right as a man.

JUDITH: Well, why do you want to be Loretta, Stan?

LORETTA: I want to have babies.

REG: You want to have babies?!

LORETTA: It's every man's right to have babies if he wants them.

REG: But... you can't have babies.

LORETTA: Don't you oppress me.

REG: I'm not oppressing you, Stan. You haven't got a womb! Where's the foetus going to gestate?! You going to keep it in a box?!

LORETTA: crying

JUDITH: Here! I-- I've got an idea. Suppose you agree that he can't actually have babies, not having a womb, which is nobody's fault, not even the Romans', but that he can have the right to have babies.

FRANCIS: Good idea, Judith. We shall fight the oppressors for your right to have babies, brother. Sister. Sorry.

REG: What's the point?

FRANCIS: What?

REG: What's the point of fighting for his right to have babies when he can't have babies?!

FRANCIS: It is symbolic of our struggle against oppression.

REG: Symbolic of his struggle against reality.

Speaking of male pattern baldness, I couldn't imagine back in, say, 1990, how we could make it to 2020 without baldness being cured, aside from say like a civilization destroying nuclear war or a major impact.

Something I've noticed over the years is just how spectacularly unattractive many leftists are. Many of them also seem to have bad hygiene as well. Historical leftist figures such as Lenin and Mao were notorious for their bad personal hygiene. Is there something about leftist ideology that is hostile toward personal hygiene and physical attractiveness?

One of the things I appreciated about the 1980's was its pop cultural emphasis on physical fitness and attractiveness. It was the 1990's where pop culture began to worship dysfunction (e.g. heroin chic, goth, etc.) again.

Speaking of mental illness and dysfunctional behavior, it should be noted that there are no objective diagnostic tests for things like schizophrenia and the like. This is because psychiatry is not a real science based on the molecular biology of the brain. Thus, one is left with a functional definition of mental illness.

Such functional criteria would be things like being able to hold down a job or being successful in a career, being socially competent and having positive social relations with people, economic literacy and financial responsibility. These are the generally accepted criteria of personal functionality and the absence thereof would have to be the criteria of mental illness. In other words, it would be reasonable to state that Heinleinian competence is the definition of personal functionality and thus true mental health.

@krzelune - The hardest part about golfing is getting past the windmill and the crocodile.

I'd agree with Mark Twain that golf, for me, is a good walk wasted.

It does seem quite popular to play so I'm surely missing the je ne sais quoi element.

Now, watching golf, I don't think I will ever get. smiley
