Karl's plots are very unlikely to be explained by differences in denominators or jabs/lot. Multiple copies of the spike protein are produced by cells for each mRNA strand -- an exponential process. So, ironically, the "hot" lots may be the "good" high-spike-protein-producing lots. It is easy to believe that an unidentified mechanism (or perhaps a secret concern of the manufacturers) could result in small changes in the rate of mRNA uptake, protein production in each cell, and/or the time the mRNA strands survive which would amplify to large changes in overall pathogenic spike protein production -- as I understand it.
Reason: substitue lot for batch
