Workerbee: Rather than being a dosing issue, maybe it's simply an issue of the RNA being introduced into the cells by the vaccine. In some cases they are mutating while in production.
That's the most logical conclusion I can come to at the moment. It's the hardest thing to control and extremely difficult to test for because any sample may not show the aberrant mutation. Not to mention the fact that testing RNA samples for mutations in huge batches is problematic for a whole host of reasons.
